qmx unable to enroll certificate - android

Hello everyone,

Been looking at the QMX these last weeks some, and finally got around to setting up everything and got a hold of our network team to allow the traffic i needed.

Now i'm having somewhat of a struggle.

I have followed the manuals for setting up everything, and i have published the web server using our TMG, so i can reach it from the mobile.

Web page loads properly, installs the app properly, but then the enroll part fails.

I get the certificate page as i should when logging in, and it displays the correct certificate, so that looks ok.

But then it fails on the enrollment itself Image may be NSFW.
Clik here to view.

"Unable to enroll. Please try again later or contact your administrator."

The MDM service Startup log, looks fine, no errors, just telling me its listening to https://*:443/MDM/

The MDM Service log, shows the following:

[3] DEBUG Quest.MobileDeviceManagement.ManagementService - Handling Request:/mdm/trust

[3] DEBUG Quest.MobileDeviceManagement.ManagementService - Assigning TrustRequestHandler to request

[3] DEBUG Quest.MobileDeviceManagement.BaseRequestHandler - DeviceType for Agent Apache-HttpClient/QMX Android MDM Client 1.0 (java 1.4) is Android

[3] DEBUG Quest.MobileDeviceManagement.TrustRequestHandler - Sending certificate chain as response to Android device.

[3] DEBUG Quest.MobileDeviceManagement.ManagementService - Handling Request:/mdm/enroll

[3] DEBUG Quest.MobileDeviceManagement.ManagementService - Assigning EnrollRequestHandler to request

[3] DEBUG Quest.MobileDeviceManagement.BaseRequestHandler - DeviceType for Agent Apache-HttpClient/QMX Android MDM Client 1.0 (java 1.4) is Android

[3] DEBUG Quest.MobileDeviceManagement.EnrollRequestHandler - Sending enrollment response to client

There is nothing happening in the log from when i see the certificate, til it fails.

Anyone here tried publishing the service through a TMG? Are there any special settings i need to do for it?

According to our TMG man, there are no errors or warnings in the TMG logs itself.

Are there any other logs i could have a look at that might give me a pointer towards why it fails?

I can see the following in the log however.

"WARN  Quest.MobileDeviceManagement.Apple.AppPackageIdCache - App cache does not exist."

Might this have something to do with it?

Best Regards

Eirik
