Re: QMX hardware Inventory not updating

Open the QMX Administration Console and browse to one of the hosts experiencing the issue. Right-click this host and select view log. Scroll down to the bottom and look for errors. If you do not see anytihng obvious, please save and post the log to yournext reply.

 

Also, it may be quicker to debug your issue if you open a Support case.
