Thanks once more again, I logged a case with support and Jemery has been helpful so far.

My case number is 2119749, I understand that Jeremy is based in the US and our time zone are different I sent him an email yesterday and he hasn’t responded.

I don’t know if any you can assist me with below question:-

My client wants us to use a standard user account for monitoring Ubuntu 10.4, because they do not use root account on their live environment.

is there a way that we can make QMX work with standard user account?

QMX works fine with CentOS and RedHat because we use Sudo option on configurations, but Ubuntu does not have that option, ( don’t know if i am missing something)
