Hello Shraddha,
The QMX client and the SCCM client should not have a problem being on the same machine. I would like to quickly point out that you are running a rather old version 4.0.5, this version was not tested with SCCM 2012 at all. I would recommend that you upgrade to 4.1 so you have the proper support for SCCM 2012 when you use QMX.
For the licensing questions, I would recommend you contact your sales rep to find out on the exact details on this.
